I. Online Store Security and the Checkout Process
Authorize.Net Merchant
Mojobreak is fully committed to PCI compliance and providing all of our customers with a secure checkout solution. We DO NOT store any credit card or financial data on our servers. The credit card information used for payment is posted direction to our merchant gateway, Authorize.net using the WooCommerce Authorize.net Direct Payment Method that is compatible with our shopping cart solution.
The Authorize.Net DPM Payment Gateway handles all the steps in the secure transaction while remaining virtually transparent, thus simplifying PCI compliance.
Customer data is protected with 128-bit SSL encryption.
Digital fingerprints enhance security, providing multiple layers of authentication.
A payment form is utilized in the checkout process pay page which is posted directly to the secure Authorize.net servers. You can read more details on the way the secure checkout works on the Authorize.net DPM page as well.
II. Privacy Policy
Mojobreak respects the privacy concerns of the visitors to Mojobreak (the “Web Site”). As a general policy, no personal information is automatically collected from users of the site. III. Purchase Information
With your purchase you are purchasing a Video Link to be able to watch sports cards being opened . The bonus to your purchase is a team in that box or case of sports cards. You are buying into a box break or a case break. You will not receive un-opened boxes/cases. You will receive all cards from the team you select or are assigned in the case of a random break. Double sells do happen to the amount of traffic we get on our site. We go by whomever bought them first with lowest order number. Order numbers can be provided via request. Personal Box purchases are always opened live.
IV. Shipping & Delivery Policy
All products are shipped within 3-5 business days through USPS. International orders may take one week to 3 weeks to receive. Shipping varies by country. Higher valued cards will require a signature. Mojobreak is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in shipment. Please contact us if you would like to insure your package and we will get you a quote for insurance. Mojobreak is also not responsible for “perceived” value of card. We can only go by what the hobby box sells for and what the break spot costs
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
As of 11/1/2016 International Shipping is FREE! We are now shipping out international orders the first Monday and Tuesday of every month. If you would like expedited shipping you can pay for extra and we will get it out within 24-48 hours
If your in a remote location for international we will hold your packages until you buy into 4 breaks for shipping
Mojobreak will not be responsible for custom charges international packages may incur.
PLEASE NOTE: Mojobreak will not be responsible for International Packages Getting lost by customs or not arriving at there destination. United States Postal Service only offers tracking while package is still in states. No Refunds or Replacements will be issued once tracking number is produced . If you would like to ship more securely please contact us and we can workout a UPS or Fedex Quote for you. You are abiding by these terms when checking out and acknowledging the terms and conditions
V. Return & Refund Policy
All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee
All sales are final after or during break. You can cancel up to 48 Hours prior to schedule of break
VI. Skunking or Not getting hits in breaks
Mojobreak sends out base cards on all pick your team cases (Unless Stated This will be listing dependant). Hitless credits are issued on a break by break basis (If break qualifies for hitless credits it will be stated in the break description)
VII. Multiplayer Cards
On any hits (Jersey’s or Auto’s) you have to own 66% of the card to avoid a random at end of break ( 2 out of 3 players). AS OF 1/3/22 are Random Rules have changed. We no longer random based on purchased spots. It is now equal to the card. Example if we pull a quad card with Bulls, Wizards, Raptors and Warriors on card the random would look like this pre random

It will look like this regardless of how many purchased spots you have . If a customer has 11 purchased spots in break he only gets name in once based on the team on card.

Cards without a team (USA or College Cards) When sold as a pro team break
Any break that is sold by Pro team and has college or USA Players the card will go to the team the player is currently on for that particular year of product. If its a retired player it will go to the team he played the most games with.
Condition of cards
Mojobreak INC makes no promises of condition of cards that come out of packs and or buyback. Trading cards can have flaws, dinged corners, whiting, print lines and more. These come out of the pack this way. Cards are handled multiple times by athletes and or manufactures. Buyback products that are not graded can have flaws and we do not guarantee any grade and or condition.
Live Chat Trading Rules
Trades must be confirmed by live chat host. We may use our discretion to confirm trades via email with both parties. If trading combo teams customer must trade both teams to be fair as spot price is equal.

AUCTION RULES
2. You will have 24 hours to pay for winning auction once auction has ended. If you fail to pay for an auction you will not be able to use Mojobreak.com any longer. Auction are set up so close to break time that we will not give second chances to non paying bidders.
3. Every new bidder will be verified by site admin. You will get a phone call to verify your account. If you have bought into a break on mojobreak.com before you are good to go no phone call is neccessary.
4. We reserve the right to delete or ban any account at any given time. As long as you bid and pay for auctions that you win you will never get banned.
5. Auction rules will be stated for each particular product
SINGLE BOX BREAKS, Mini Mixers and BOGO’s
All Base will be sent out
Unlike our other breaks there will be no hit-less Credit sent out. You are buying a YOU TUBE Video. After the live break is finished you will be sent a PRIVATE You Tube Video Link. The breaks will still be done live at there scheduled time. All single box break purchases are purchasing a private youtube video with a bonus of whatever your team will get in the box. Mojobreak may use promotional pictures of cards to advertise their breaks on their website. Mojobreak may also advertise cards/items using social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, e-mail, Ustream, et al.). Pictures are for demonstration purposes only and may not be indicative of product configuration or break results. Pictures in break listings may come from manufacturer sell sheets or publicly displayed/available pictures (via Google Images).
