Mojobreak accepts the following items for consignment: sports cards, entertainment cards, TCG cards, and memorabilia. To be eligible, each item must: have an estimated value of $50 or more, have been pulled in a Mojobreak YouTube Break, and be submitted to Mojobreak before it has been shipped to the customer. Multiple eligible items from the same Mojobreak YouTube Break may be submitted together. Each individual item must meet the $50 minimum value requirement. Mojobreak does not accept: cards or memorabilia valued at $49.99 or less, items that were not pulled in a Mojobreak YouTube Break, or items that have already been shipped to the customer. Mojobreak reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies for consignment.

By submitting an eligible item, you authorize Mojobreak to list and sell the item on your behalf through our designated marketplace, eBay. You retain ownership of the item until it is sold, subject to these Terms and any applicable rights Mojobreak may have for unpaid fees or other amounts owed. Mojobreak will determine the listing format, timing, title, description, photography, and other listing details at its discretion.

All Mojobreak consignment auctions: run for 5 days, start at $1, have no reserve price, and are offered through auction only. Mojobreak does not offer fixed-price listings through this consignment service. Mojobreak does not guarantee that an item will sell or that it will sell for any particular amount. Once an item has been listed or an auction has begun, Mojobreak may be unable to cancel or end the listing before completion.

Items are typically listed 1 business day after submission. Listing times may vary depending on submission volume, processing requirements, marketplace requirements, or other circumstances. Mojobreak does not guarantee a specific listing date or time.

Mojobreak offers three payout options: check by mail, PayPal Goods & Services, and store credit. Checks are sent within 1–2 business days of auction completion, subject to any applicable payment or authentication requirements. PayPal Goods & Services payments are sent within 1–2 business days of auction payment. Applicable PayPal fees are deducted from your payout. Store credit is issued the next business day. Store credit may only be used at mojobreak.com. Payouts remain subject to applicable payment, return, and authentication requirements.

If an item requires eBay Authentication, payout will not be issued until the item successfully completes the applicable authentication process. Following successful authentication, payout is typically issued within 1–2 business days of approval. Mojobreak does not control the timing of third-party authentication and cannot guarantee a specific authentication timeframe.

Mojobreak has a minimum consignment payout threshold of $50. If an eligible item sells for less than $50, the item will receive the payout associated with Mojobreak's lowest consignment tier. The applicable payout rate is determined according to Mojobreak's current consignment payout schedule.

If a buyer does not complete payment, Mojobreak will allow up to 7 days for payment to be received. After 7 days without payment, the item may be: relisted within 1–2 business days, or returned to you upon request after our customer service team contacts you. Mojobreak will determine the appropriate next step in accordance with these Terms and applicable marketplace procedures.

If an item is returned because the buyer did not complete payment or for another applicable reason, Mojobreak may relist the item. If the item is re-auctioned and sells for less than the previous sale amount, you may be responsible for the difference in value, as applicable. Alternatively, you may request that the item be returned to you after contacting our customer service team. Any applicable shipping or other fees associated with returning an item may be the responsibility of the consignor.

By submitting an item, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to consign it and that it was legitimately obtained through a Mojobreak YouTube Break. All information provided must be accurate. You may not knowingly submit counterfeit, stolen, altered, or prohibited items. If submitting on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authorization to do so.

Consignors may not bid on their own items or arrange for others to artificially increase auction prices. Mojobreak may reject items, suspend or terminate consignment privileges, or take other appropriate action for violations of these Terms, marketplace rules, or applicable law. Mojobreak may also use third-party services including eBay, PayPal, shipping providers, and eBay Authentication.

Mojobreak will exercise reasonable care while items are in its possession. Mojobreak is not responsible for loss or damage occurring before receiving an item, after it leaves our custody, or through third-party processing, except as required by law. To the extent permitted by law, Mojobreak is not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to auction results, market value, buyer payment, authentication, marketplace decisions, or third-party services. You agree to indemnify Mojobreak for claims arising from your breach of these Terms, lack of authority, inaccurate information, or prohibited items.

Mojobreak does not guarantee auction results, market value, buyer payment, or third-party processing times. By submitting an item, you consent to electronic communications regarding your submission, listing, payment, authentication, and returns. Mojobreak may update these Terms, eligibility requirements, payout rates, fees, and policies from time to time. By submitting an item, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the current applicable Mojobreak Consignment Terms & Conditions.
